Felicia Phillips

Collaborative Thought Leader, Felicia M. Phillips is an Author, Speaker, Mastermind Strategist, and business coach for more than 20 years. Felicia has been instrumental in coaching business executives on leadership development, relationship management and masterminding techniques for successful team building. Felicia is not only passionate about helping individuals obtain success through collaboration, she is also an advocate for the environment. In April 2011, Felicia was awarded The Phoenix Award by City of Atlanta Mayor, Kasim Reed for her commitment to sustainability in the City of Atlanta.

Felicia had a vision to empower women to be 21st Century leaders. She set out to make that vision a reality and Founded The Pink Power International Center for Women (PPICW). PPICW is based on the three pillars that transformed her business, technology, professional development and entrepreneurial resources. In August 2014, Felicia co-produced Pink Power: A MasterMind Conference for Women at Philips Arena.  The annual conference hosts hundreds of women who want to propel themselves to higher levels of success in business and in the workplace.
